Terms and Conditions
Commission requests can be sent through direct messages on any of my social media, or via Gmail ([email protected]).
General Info
◦ My works are for personal use. Commercial use will be discussed in private.
◦ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artworks on my social media, and/or use them as work examples in my portfolio.
◦ The client is free to share the commissioned artwork on any social media as long as I am credited for my work (@chrrona).
◦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel like it exceeds my current competence, OR if it is in any way racist/homophobic/transphobic/insulting towards any person or party, etc.
◦ The final rendered drawing will be delivered to the client via Gmail, to ensure maximum quality, and it will contain a very small logo with my name on it.
◦ The client needs to provide all the references they can, including accurate descriptions, pictures, and color palettes if they wish to. A list of suggested references includes but is not limited to pose, facial expression, clothing style, background location, season (if need be, for landscapes), and the chosen style.
◦ I reserve the right to decline commissions if the references are very vague or if the client refuses to discuss them or to provide any details at all.
◦ If the TAT (Turnaround Time) exceeds the one provided in the commission description, the client will be informed as soon as possible. This can only happen if there are any health-related issues on my end, or if any major accidents/unexpected events take place.
Payment Info
◦ All payments are completed via Paypal Invoices only.
◦ Refunds are offered only if, for whatever reason, I am unable to finish the commission.
◦ Payment will be split: I require 50% upfront, and 50% after the sketch is completed and confirmed.
Corrections Info
◦ There is a limited number of major corrections that are free of charge during the sketch phase, specifically five. These include corrections to the pose, the facial expression, the clothing, the color palette, the positioning of any big item, and corrections to any environmental elements. After the sketch is finished and confirmed, or after the free corrections are used up, they will require an additional $3 each.
◦ Minor corrections (e.g. slight corrections to the color palette such as the saturation, the brightness, etc., or some of the filters used to render, positioning of any small items, and overall changes that do not require the original sketch to be changed in any major way) are all free of charge.
